Beauty by Amy Elizabeth LLC is doing everything we can to protect you, our clients, our community and our staff. We will be following the Center of Disease Control (CDC) and local health department guidelines with regard to sanitation and social distancing practices in order to reduce the spread of Coronavirus, or COVID-19. Only the person receiving the service(s) will be allowed at the location during the service.  We ask that you limit the items you are bringing in to only essentials such as car keys and your phone. For safety measures, no food or drink will be allowed during your appointment at this time. We will only be accepting contactless payments, so please leave your bags at home. 

All tools, stations and equipment will be sanitized and disinfected between each client. Staff will follow proper hand washing protocols between each client. You will be required to utilize approved masks, either surgical masks or cloth masks that loop around your ears to reduce the risk of exposure to yourself and others. It is also required of everyone to wash their hands upon arrival of your appointment, after using the restroom, as well as unexpected sneezing and/or coughing.  Staff will also be follow these guidelines and will be wearing a mask and shield to each appointment. 

If we work together, we can overcome the spread of this virus as well as other infectious diseases. We are so thrilled to welcome you to Beauty by Amy Elizabeth!

By completing this form, you are signing and agreeing to comply with the written instructions above and agree to adhere to the guidelines set forth by the CDC and Beauty by Amy Elizabeth LLC. You knowingly and willingly consent to having services during the Covid-19 Pandemic and release Beauty by Amy Elizabeth LLC & additional artists from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19. Failure to comply with these written instructions or verbal instructions from staff may result in denial of services.
