Let's talk studio policies.

Retainer Fees and Payments
A (non-refundable) retainer of 50% of your total service booking will be required to secure all salon appointments. This will go towards your services and the remaining balance will be due the day of your appointment.

Payments can be made through Zelle. Gratuity, although never expected, is preferred in cash, but can be sent through Venmo or Zelle.

Rescheduling or canceling an appointment within 48 hours of its scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of your retainer. You will be required to send a new retainer to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the remaining balance. No call or no show will be considered a same-day cancellation, and the same fees apply. For any reschedules made outside of the cancellation period, your retainer will be transferred to your new date.

Please leave plenty of time for travel, as being late (past 10 minutes) for any appointment will not be accepted. It will be considered a same-day cancellation, unless my schedule allows otherwise.

Downgrading Services
Downgrading any services within the cancellation period will not be allowed, and you will be charged the appropriate cancellation fee. Please understand that I allocate specific time frames for each appointment and cannot properly fill your time slot without proper notice.

I understand that things happen, and I try to be as accommodating as possible; however, I keep the studio exclusively reserved for you. These last-minute changes affect multiple people.

We want to ensure you have the most relaxing, and enjoyable experience possible. For this reason, the studio is reserved solely for you. Please leave the kiddos and pals at home.
